Today I am sharing my second project for the Cityscapes and Landscapes challenge at Country View Challenges. This time I have used simple masking to create a blended Distress Ink landscape.

I tore a strip of card to create the ‘mountain’ shape and blended Distress Inks in Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac and Hickory Smoke. I also punched out a circle from a scrap of card and used that with Squeezed Lemonade ink to create my rising sun design.

I finished with some Tim Holtz Sizzix Wildflower die cuts and a Stampers Anonymous sentiment.

Gorgeous landscape Teresa, reminds me of the mornings in my home town.
A beautiful card, really atmospheric
I think your landscape looks great. Such smooth blending and fab building of the scene.

What a lovely, peaceful scene, Teresa! I love the colors of the background and the popping black wildflowers from the foreground!
