The Route to Walla Crag

For the past two years we’ve visited The Lake District in February, and this year we got the chance to do some hill walking.  This layout shows one of the many photographs I took while walking The Borrowdale Triangle.

I used papers from Kaisercraft’s ‘Hunt and Gather’, ‘Looking Glass’, ‘Base Coat’ and ‘Take Note’ collections as well as Kaisercard textured card stock and am entering this layout in Kaisercraft’s Saturday Sketch with Lori and Hilde (Nov 2nd).

journalling

The scalloped trims are bits that I’ve saved from Papermania’s Scalloped Stack, and the ‘discover’ definition is the bar code trim from one of the Kaisercraft pages.

amazing detail

The ‘amazing’ card is cut from a 12 x 12 paper but as I only have a few cut-out pieces left, I can’t remember the manufacturer. The camera die-cut is from the Take Note collection (if I remember correctly!)

Again, I’ve used the bar code trim from one of Kaisercraft’s pages to make the little word banners – they are really useful!

explore

The ‘explore’ definition has been in my stash for ages – I think it was given to me in a mixed bag of supplies…..I’m so glad that I managed to put it to good use at last!
