It’s time for the new Facebook contest and this month our theme is One For The Boys. It’s always tricky to make cards for men, but I thought on it for a while and came up with this ‘Get Well Soon’ card!!
I have used the fabulous Lucy Loo – Okay. Who’s Next? for my card – you can find her in the shop here.
The tag is coloured with Dylusions spray inks, and I doodled a border with a fineliner pen. Lucy is coloured with Promarkers – I cut around her and glued in place then added some dotty ribbon and a few adhesive gems to finish the tag.
The DP is from Tiger – I thought it looked like microbes, which fitted with the Manflu theme! I stamped the word Manflu’ and embossed with WOW powder fluorescent green embossing powder, then trimmed the squares and edged with Festive Berries Distress Ink.
The sentiment is stamped with a mini alphabet stamp set, trimmed and edged with a doodle border.
