I have been obsessing with my hair just recently (not my own hair, but hair that I have been colouring on my digis!) I have practised straight hair and curly hair, weird colours and naturals…..this time I have gone for the flowing blonde locks of ‘Aurora – Love You’ on this beautiful image from The East Wind.
I coloured her with my Promarkers as I cannot find a way to do blonde hair with my Spectrum Noir pens (it comes out too yellow or brown with their colour range). She is soooo pretty!!
I die cut around the image with a Tonic circle die and layered it onto a scalloped circle cut with a Little B die. I used some spotted Anna Marie Designs card for my background.
The flourishes are cut using a Sweet Dixie die and I added lots of pretty Hobby House paper roses and some adhesive pearls.
I’m so happy with the colour scheme of this card – the soft pastels really work with the beautiful image.
