Lady In Green

This month’s challenge on the Spectrum Noir blog is on the theme of ‘Green’, as is the Open Minded Crafting Fun Challenge.

I have used this gorgeous freebie Vintage Slip digistamp from A Day For Daisies.

I coloured the image with the following Spectrum Noir pens:

Skin –  FS5, TN3

Hair – TN6, TN7, TN8

Dress DG1, DG2, DG3

Flowers/Leaves – HB1, HB2, DG2

Birds – BG1, BG2, TB1

Background – IG1, IG2, Blender

I mounted the image onto purple cardstock and cut four pretty lilac floral corners with a Wild Rose Studio die. I arranged the corners around the coloured image, trimming for a perfect fit.

The patterned backing paper is by BasicGrey and is layered onto dark green cardstock. I finished the card with a little organza bow on the dress and some adhesive pearls.
